BIG ROOM
Ab Lab: This 30 minute class will get you revved up for the day.
Athlete Inside Us: A fun Saturday morning class incorporating a different sport specific training each week. Try this class for something new and different - No athletic experience necessary!
Body Blast: Challenge yourself while burning calories, shredding fat, and fighting boredom! In this high-energy cardio class you will gain endurance, core strength, get your heart rate up and have fun!
Cardio Ab Lab: Sweat it out with a throwback to your school days... This P.E. inspired class will make you sweat and smile while burning calories and kicking your core into shape!
Cardio Interval: An intense cardio and resistance workout utilizing balls, bands, discs and more! Get your heart and muscles pumping. Come ready to work.
Cardio Step: Burn calories, burn! A challenging & fun step workout combined with intense cardio intervals will get your heart pumping.
Group POWER: Is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all of your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group POWER! Please arrive 15 minutes early to set up your equipment.
Interval Express: This fun, 30-minute circuit gives each participant a new, fun, and energizing workout every week! Using several different methods in strength training, cardiovascular exercise, functional movements, along with a short education on how to improve your personal fitness, you will "Get in - Have fun - Learn something new - get fit!
Recess: Inspired by the best part of the school day! A cardiovascular workout that targets the entire body using a variety of movements and equipment. It's all about fun!
Step Challenge: Cardio conditioning utilizing the step in this fun and challenging cardio workout!
Zumba: A latin-infused cardio blast moving to rhythms like salsa, soca, merengue, flamenco, reggaeton, and more! Join the party - you'll be surprised by how your body can move!

CYCLING ROOM :
Cycle Challenge: Take your training to the next level as you journey through various race routes. Utilize mental imagery and visualization to enhance the response of the body. Whether a beginner or avid cyclist, you'll feel as close as you can get to the real thing...indoors!
Cycle Express: All levels will enjoy this indoor cycling class, which is a shorter version of both Cycle Challenge and Power Ride. A great way to get a quick but challenging workout in, or great for someone new to cycling.
Cycle Zone Challenge: Let your heart(rate) be your guide! This ride is based on each individuals' Heart Rate Training Zones. Spinning through different drills and hills, your heart will be challenged in each of the five zones. Participants are encouraged but not required to bring a heart rate monitor to class.
Extended Journey: This 75-minute class will challenge you to reach further than you've ever reached before! Experienced cyclists will appreciate the extended saddle time of this challenging ride - beginners are welcome to join in at their own pace. All are encouraged to come!
Power Ride: Enjoy this challenging workout that will keep you in your target heart rate zone with moderate to high intensity paced cycling.

H20 Rock N Roll: Have FUN as you rock, twist, kick, high step and roll in this high energy water workout. Includes a variety of formats such as interval, PUMP, dance, conditioning, and Yoga. Build core strength, improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance, and increase balance and flexibility.
H2O Surprise: Never a dull moment, your mind and body will be challenged by a variety of different formats to keep you coming back for more!

MIND/BODY STUDIO:
Dynamic Yoga: An energetic yoga practice blending flow-style sequences of postures, periods of extended, deep stretching, with an emphasis on balance.
Enhance strength, agility, and flexibility.
Hatha Yoga: An mix of different styles of Hatha Yoga used to develop strength and flexibility while maintaining focus with conscious breathing.

FUNdamental Pilates: Designed for any level of experience, we will play with fundamental movement skills while deepening the core connection. Explore your body with a deeper knowledge of the 6 Pilates principles while challenging movement basics.
Pilates Challenge: Challenge your concentration and work your core with advanced exercises and variations. Encouraging coordination and building strength and stamina, we will explore the advanced classical order of a complete body workout!
Pilates For All: A multi level class that is personalized for all who attend. Need flexibility? Strength? Toning? Concentration? This class is for you! Your individual needs are sure to be addressed!
Pilates Jam: Tired of the traditional Pilates class? Come have fun with challenging rhythms and tempos while flowing to music! An energizing class that pushes you to move with breath and ease.
Pilates Surprise: You never know what your challenge will be in this class! From variations, to toys, change of order, and pace we will mix things up to keep your workout effective!
Tai Chi: A series of Mind/Body exercises performed in a slow manner.
Yoga Blend: A contemplative approach to blending yoga, breath, and meditation for increased flexibility, and revitalization. Asanas are taken to full extension with awareness to reconnecting body, mind and soul into an integrated unity. Renew yourself in this tranquil oasis of serenity.
Yoga Flow: Designed to improve health, athletic performance and mental acuity in all ages. These classes are dynamic, user friendly, fitness-oriented yoga classes.
Yoga Fundamentals: A series of slow, gentle movements and breathing to warm up the body and promote an attitude of awareness and personal responsibility. Progress to more demanding postures and movements (flow series/vinyasa) followed by quiet, introspective floorwork and relaxation and meditation.
