Objective
BodyBusiness is seeking to bring awareness to ALS, develop business partnerships through community involvement, and offer support to local businesses.

Mini Group Exercise Classes - 20 minutes each:
11am-1pm: Cycling, Zumba, Kinesis, Pilates, Yoga, Ab Lab

Vendor Details
Tables will be available to vendors in the Health & Wellness, Food & Drink, and Arts Industries. Due to a limited number of tables available, we encourage you to complete your vendor application as soon as possible. BodyBusiness will provide a 6’ table, 2 chairs, and tablecloth. Setup time is 9am-10am.

Reserve a Booth
• A donation of a minimum $85/booth is required. $75 will go directly to Augie's Quest. All donations above this amount will be graciously accepted and will also go directly to Augie's Quest.
• $75 will allow one minute of research to be completed for ALS. Each $ donated to Augie’s Quest goes 100% to research.
• To recognize and thank you for your contribution, your donation level will be displayed at your booth. (1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc.)
• You will also be recognized in our eNewsletter (broadcast to 3,000 BodyBusiness’ members), and all other internal and external promotions including vendors.

Additional Participation Opportunities
• Vendors may choose to donate 10% of their proceeds from that day to Augie’s Quest. If the vendor chooses to do so, this will be displayed at their booth and around the facility.
• Vendors that choose this option will also be highlighted during drawings, in our eNewsletter, and all other internal and external promotions including vendors.

Raffle Prizes/Silent Auction
Donating your products and services is another way you can become involved in supporting Augie's Quest in finding a cure for ALS while promoting your business! All industries are encouraged to participate.

Higher valued prizes will be displayed at our silent auction table. We request a minimum value of $50. When submitting your prize please list the value. Raffle prizes will be raffled live during the event. Winners do not have to be present to win.

* All raffle prizes/silent auction prizes must to submitted before May 12th. If you have a booth you may bring your prize when you come to setup.

Marketing/Media
BodyBusiness will be advertising our Summer Sampler and Clubs for the Cure event to our 3,000 members.

The event will also be listed in various magazines' calendar of events and promoted in press releases to TV, radio, and print mediums.

In addition to our own efforts, we encourage all businesses participating in the event to display an event poster in your business and/or send out an email to your clients informing them of the event. We will provide posters and jpeg flyer images for use in email newsletters to your customers.
