Helpful Weightroom Hints
Hint #1 If you need a spot while lifting . . . ask us. Or ask another member. They will usually be more than happy to lend a hand, and you might make a friend in the process.
Hint #2 Weight lifting programs are more productive when done with a partner (friend, spouse, fellow member). Your workouts will be more fun, and your chances of long-term success will greatly increase.
Hint #3 If someone is working on a piece of equipment that you also want to use, ask if you can "work in" and alternate sets with him/her. This technique can save time on your workout.
