Pilates - Strengthen, Lengthen, Tone and Stretch

Pilates technique is a conditioning system that encompasses over 500 exercises to develop toned muscles, core endurance, and total body flexibility. Clients see tangible results from low-impact, controlled movements that work deep into the muscle tissue to produce long,lean muscles. Pilates also promotes a stronger mind-body connection through increased mental concentration and body awareness.

Joseph Pilates' definition of physical fitness is "the attainment and maintenance of a uniformily developed body with a sound mind fully capable of naturally, easily and satisfactorily performing our many varied daily tasks spontaneously with zest and pleasure."

Guests are welcome! There is a $5 Guest Fee per session for Private and Small Group Pilates.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid charges for a Pilates training session, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
